MNX has established a Latin American call center at our Miami, Florida gateway facility.
This Miami based Latin America team acts as an extension of our Customer Excellence Centers in Columbus, OH and Los Angeles, CA and provides expertise in customs and regulatory requirements specifically for shipments to or from Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. The team is well versed and trained in handling time and temperature sensitive shipments for the life sciences, aviation, technology/semiconductor and secure custody industries, and have expertise in the handling of Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments.

This team is staffed with employees hailing from diverse backgrounds including: Miami, Venezuela, Peru, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic and Cuba. They can assist with any language requirements from the Latin America region. MNX Latin American Call Center currently operates M-F from 7AM to 11PM Eastern.
