MNX Global Logistics Hosts World’s Largest Event for AOG Professionals – AOG Conference Americas

AOG Conference is the world’s largest event for Airline AOG professionals whose focus is on minimizing the financial impact of Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) situations for aircraft operators.

AOG Conference Americas 2019

MNX Global Logistics recently hosted AOG Conference Americas in Las Vegas, NV. AOG Conference is an event dedicated to AOG personnel from airline and airline affiliated MROs. Its mission is to promote networking and collaboration between various airline and MRO AOG teams, facilitating better communication and maintenance support between airlines during AOG situations, and aiding in the loans and borrow process of critical aircraft parts.

AOG Conference America 2019’s host airline was Alaska Airlines. The event attracted thirty seven registered airlines and twenty one sponsors and exhibitors, including AOG support teams from aircraft manufacturers Airbus and Boeing and aircraft part suppliers AJW, Unical Aviation, Global Airtech, Magellan, GA Telesis and GE Capital Aviation Services. The two-day agenda included speakers from Alaska Airlines, CommutAir, Boeing Airbus, a Latin America Panel with Zulu Global, Aeroméxico, LATAM and Copa Airlines, and a logistics panel with MNX, Perform Air International, and American Airlines.

MNX and the AOG Conference Series are committed to helping the aviation and aerospace industry reduce the impact of AOG. AOG Conference Americas is an annual event, with more than 20 year history, focusing on issues unique to Airlines and AOG situations in North and South America.
